SHIPPING POLICY FOR DISCOVERY HOUSE PUBLISHERS/RESOURCES FOR YOUR MINISTRY

All products purchased from this site will be processed by Discovery House Publishers. Resources For Your Ministry and Discovery House Publishers are part of the RBC family of ministries.

PROCESSING TIME: During a regular Monday through Friday business week, 24-48 hours are required to process and verify orders through our offices and transmit to our distribution center in Nashville, Tennessee. Please allow additional processing time if you place your order on a holiday or on the weekends. Barring complications, most orders are shipped within two business days. Complications may include but are not limited to an unverified address, or an unauthorized credit card. If there are any problems processing your order, you will be contacted promptly.

STANDARD SHIPPING: To maximize your savings, orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service’s Media Mail rate. Please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive in the Continental USA. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are gladly accepted.

Yes, we can ship your order to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any US territory. As standard shipping may take several weeks to reach those destinations, please call 1-800-653-8333 for assistance, and our representatives will help you chose an affordable, timely option. Additional fees may apply.

Orders containing Gift Cards and no other merchandise will be shipped first class USPS at no charge. Orders containing Gift Cards and other merchandise, will only have Shipping and Processing fees applied to the merchandise, not the Gift Cards. If you need your Gift Card faster, call 1-800-653-8333 weekdays between 7:30 am-10:00 pm EST, or on Saturdays, 9:00 am-5:00 pm EST, and a representative will help you.

Media Mail shipping gives you the best value, but orders are not traceable once they are shipped. If you prefer to send your order so that it can be traced, please give us a call at 1-800-653-8333 and we’ll help you select an affordable FedEx option.

In Michigan: Shipping and Processing fees for orders purchased in and shipped within the state of Michigan are subject to 6% Michigan use tax.

In Canada: Canadian orders are processed through our offices in Windsor, Ontario. All online transactions are in US dollars. Please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive. For customer service in Canada, please call (519) 979-1073, weekdays, 8:30 am-4:00 pm EST.

International Orders: To place an order outside the USA or Canada, please call 1-800-653-8333 weekdays between 7:30 am-10:00 pm, or on Saturdays, 9:00 am-5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

EXPEDITED SERVICE: To expedite your package, please call 1-800-653-8333 weekdays between 7:30 am-10:00 pm EST, or on Saturdays, 9:00 am-5:00 pm EST, and a representative will gladly help you. Federal Express options for ground, two-day, or overnight delivery are available. Additional fees apply. If your order must arrive faster than the PROCESSING TIME policy noted above allows, please phone in your order, and we shall do all that we can to accommodate your needs.

BACKORDERS: No one likes backorders, and we do not feel that you should have to pay additional shipping costs if we don’t have your item on the shelves. In the event that we are out of stock on a particular item or items, they will be shipped as soon as they become available with no any additional shipping costs.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING & PROCESSING FEES? You want your package to arrive safely, and to receive the merchandise you’ve paid for in top condition. Shipping and Processing includes actual postage, distribution fees, order processing costs, payment processing, and product insurance when warranted.

REFUNDS & RETURNS: If you are unhappy with your order, for any reason, simply call 616-942-6770, and let us know. We’ll refund the value of each item and any taxes you were charged. Simply pass the refunded items along to someone who may be blessed by them. You won’t find a better, simpler, faster guarantee in the Christian publishing marketplace!

Gift Cards and Shipping and Processing fees are non-refundable.
